Mystery Shopping
Our professional mystery shopping report offers comprehensive insights to identify areas for improvement and capitalize on opportunities specific to your hotel.
We employ our proprietary evaluation tool while remaining flexible to accommodate any format or scorecard preferred by the hotel or restaurant.
Upon completion of the evaluation, we provide detailed results along with a summarized stay report highlighting both positive and negative aspects of the mystery shopper experience.
One-time mystery shopping fees** are fixed based on hotel location and size and include the evaluation using our customized tool.
Within Florida
- Hotels with less than 50 rooms and limited service: $750
- Hotels with more than 50 rooms or including Food & Beverage: $1150
Outside Florida
- Hotels with less than 50 rooms and limited service: $950
- Hotels with more than 50 rooms or including Food & Beverage: $1350
The process
Upon engagement, our mystery shopper independently books a room online, within 30 days stays at the property for one or two nights, and experiences all hotel services firsthand.*
Following the mystery shopping visit, a scheduled follow-up video call or meeting with management ensures a detailed discussion of results and experiences.
General recommendations derived from the mystery shopper feedback are provided to assist the hotel in enhancing service quality and guest satisfaction.
The Fine Print
*Clients are required to reimburse the shopper within 7 days for all travel expenses, including transportation, room charges, meals (excluding alcohol), and any specific paid services necessary for the mystery shopper’s evaluation.
**Mystery shopping fee is due at the time of booking. No travel arrangements will be scheduled before full service is paid by the client.
