OTA Reconciliation Audit
If your hotel uses Virtual Card payments with Expedia or Booking.com, chances are you have uncollected funds in their cards due to clerical mistakes, missed refunds, or cancellations.
Expedia and Booking keep these virtual cards open for you to charge for up to a year, but after that, any leftover funds are lost.
Finding uncollected money from up to a year ago can be tough, but we can help with that at no upfront cost to you. If we find any uncollected money in Expedia’s or Booking’s Virtual cards, we take a small percentage of the collected amount as a “finders fee”. If we don’t find any extra funds, you won’t owe us anything.
Our fee only applies to the funds we find in Virtual Cards that are older than 45 days past check-out dates and beyond your usual reconciliation period. This means there’s no financial risk for you, just a chance to recover potentially lost money.
